// 01 · THE BRIEF

The Fastrack Smart portfolio is a moving target. Smartwatches, FPods, Smartverse, each with its own audience and offer mechanic.

Fastrack didn't come to us with a single campaign. The Smart portfolio is a category that spans wearables, audio, and broader connected-lifestyle positioning, each with its own audience and creative track. The remit was to run those campaigns across creators without letting one drown the other in the feed.

Different cultural lenses per campaign. Same creator network underneath.

Festive Smartwatches got a feature-led push with regional and pan-India voices. Fastrack FPods got its own TWS-earbuds launch with a separate creative direction. Smartverse extended the same scaffolding into a broader Fastrack Smart positioning play. Each campaign had its own creative track but drew from a shared roster including Preeti, Rabbani Soyam, Pranali Mistry, Nabeel Afridi and Smeha Manimegalai. The Festive work won an ETRetail recognition.

Fastrack Smart Festive

The festive headliner. Two parallel campaigns running through the same 15-creator roster: Fastrack Smartwatches as a feature-led festive push, and Fastrack FPods as a TWS-earbuds launch with its own value proposition. Reels for discovery, Stories for conversion, both timed against the gift-buying window. Reels reach 1.72M, Stories reach 1.36M. The work won an ETRetail recognition for festive influencer execution.

Fastrack Smartverse

A broader Fastrack Smart positioning push that extended the festive scaffolding into a longer-form brand conversation. The Smart portfolio framed as a connected lifestyle, not a product list.

Why It Worked

The Smart portfolio is a category that needs different creative lenses for different audiences. Watch-buyers think about fitness and style. FPods-buyers think about audio and value. Smartverse-buyers are thinking about Fastrack as a lifestyle brand. One creator roster, three creative directions, none of them recycled from the last.
